The safest position to sleep in throughout your pregnancy is on your left side. There’s no problem in lying on your stomach in early pregnancy, but as your bump grows, this position will no longer be comfortable.
Sleeping on your back isn’t good idea, because the weight of your baby is pressing against your blood vessels, reducing blood flow to your baby. You can also use cushions to keep you propped up on your side when you sleep.
Your dreams are likely to get more vivid when you are pregnant. This is nothing to worry about and is the surging hormones in your baby
