Snacking at work

Pregnancy might make you hungry more often but it is important to make each bite as rich in nutrients as possible. Eating smaller but more frequent meals will also help with nausea, heartburn and acidity.
Some snack examples are

  • Fresh fruit
  • Fruit or vegetable chaat
  • Nuts, seeds and grains such as almond, pumpkin seeds, chana
  • Egg
  • Steamed upma or puffed rice.
